Free standing floor fountains may be the answer! With all all the thousands of styles of water fountains out there, it's hard to sort through all the varieties, to sift through the options and permutations to find the perfect fountain. These elegant floor fountains have a grace and beauty that is reminiscent of the classic ages of Europe. Some of the floor fountains below are made from molded fiberglass and some from cast alabastrite. In all cases, they are very durable, and they have a beautiful natural finish on them that makes them look like real stone, even though they are light weight. They all make beautiful waterfall fountain sounds that will bring soothing joy to you and your indoor or outdoor environment for many years. This flowing, cascading water creates beautiful waterfall sounds that are so relaxing and soothing. This fountain is a classic beauty with a contemporary touch, and it will bring you much joy for many years. Included is a quiet adjustable-flow water pump that plugs into most any electrical outlet.

Tabletop Fountains ... indoors or out!

Tabletop water fountains aren't just for the indoors you know. For example, the Water Bell Water Fountain looks great in a garden setting, beside a walk way, or in any number of less conspicuous locations. The amazing Water Bell Fountain combines flowing babbling brook water sounds with the beautiful, deep mesmerizing tones of chimes and bells. The water bubbles up through the two center bells, spilling over into the pool of water in the beautiful copper basin. The durable copper basin is beautifully made, and goes through a special "firing" process to give it that aged patina look (as shown in the picture above). In addition, there is a protective coating applied to give the copper an extra protection against the weather elements, if you chose to keep this fountain outdoors. If it is kept outdoors, it is possible that over time, and especially in harsh weather environments, that protective coating can wear off a bit, and the worst that will happen is that parts of the copper may get a greenish antique tint called Verdigris. This will not weaken the copper basin in any way, and it will not affect the workings of the fountain. The top bell chime is adjustable. By slightly turning it right or left, you can adjust the water flow and water sounds to match your mood. You can even adjust it so that the water spills over in such a way as to NOT move the bell chimes around. This changes the water flow (and water sounds), and it also eliminates the bell chime sounds if you are not in the mood for them. So, you have several options with the water flow, water sounds and bell chime sounds. The Water Bell fountain is excellent as an indoor fountain anywhere in your home, or as an outdoor fountain on your porch, deck or garden area. A huge hit at your next garden party.

Imagine one of our gorgeous alabarstrite fountains gracing your patio or deck area, or perhaps on the way to your greenhouse. These elegant and beautifully designed classic European style tabletop water fountains feature goddesses, cherubs, dragons, and every one creates soothing water sounds. One of the things we've noticed over the years is that no one really understands the soothing and relaxation qualities of running water, especially in water fountains.

Other options include our delightful hand crafted ceramic water fountains. These water fountains feature gorgeous designs and will add elegance and beauty to any room you place them in, whether it be in your home, office or even our on the patio. Many have a built-in ceramic vase and accent lighting. This huge collection of tabletop water fountains are also excellent for practitioners of Feng Shui. Feng Shui is the chinese philosophy of balance, elemental and spatial relationships in the living environment. Water fountains add an element of earth and water, some times even fire! They symbolize rebirth, rejuvenation and create a feeling of motion and mutability.

The *New* Serenityhealth!
It’s finally here! After a long wait and much hard work, Serenityhealth.com has leapt into the 21st century. We’re proud to announce the launch of the new Serenityhealth.com website!

When we started Serenityhealth.com all those years ago, the web was a fledgling medium, untried but with enormous potential. Back then, e-commerce was a half-understood buzzword and web technology was cumbersome and rather esoteric.

We have always felt that the world needed a helping hand in its eternal endeavor to relax and enjoy life, so we set up our website, featuring fountains and products to assist in relaxation and stress relief. Our products were well received, and our site was very successful. And for the time, it was cutting edge technology.

Well, as the old adage about the shoe maker goes, in an effort to meet our customer’s needs and satisfy their desire for specialized water fountains and relaxation products, we had little time to for a much needed web site over-haul. But as our organization grew, our processes became more streamlined and over nearly ten years, Serenityhealth.com maintained our reputation for customer satisfaction through hands-on customer service, and quality products.

Several months ago, we began the monumental task of upgrading our website. With more than 600 relaxation and stress relief products, ranging from aromatherapy, incense and candles, to bean bags and foam furniture to our vast selection of water fountains, you can imagine it was no easy task.

One of our major challenges was how to organize and categorize our array of water fountains. The varieties are almost endless, and in an effort to make the user experience efficient and easy, we had to put some serious thought into it.

Another concern we had was making sure our customers knew it was still us. We’ve grown to enjoy the connection we have with our customers. We wanted a new, updated website that still felt like the old one: comfortable, friendly, caring.

Well, with the help of the folks at Ecreative.com, we got that and more. The new site is completely database-driven. That means we’re able to update it more frequently, faster and easier, allowing us to make great new products available in a timely manner.

We’ve always had a secure, safe ordering system (perhaps the only aspect of the site we didn’t neglect in those years), but now we’ve made it easier than ever to search view and order products. We’ve also spent hours upon hours gathering the best product images available so our customers know exactly what they are ordering. Even with highly skilled and experienced specialists, this was no small task.

In the next few weeks, we’ll be releasing several new water fountain lines and much more! So, take some time to visit our new website, click around, let us know what you think. We want to know what you like and dislike about our new site!

Spring Time Water Fountains
In selecting a water fountain, one must consider three major factors. These factors are: placement, intent and cost.

Last thing’s first. Cost. This can be an incredibly prohibitive factor. With unlimited resources there is no doubt that anyone can get the perfect water fountain, either by the whim of fate or by custom ordering from an artisan who specialized in fountains. However, for the vast majority of us, unlimited resources are realistic. So before your begin your water fountain purchasing odyssey, set a price ceiling and stick to it. You’ll be much happier with a fountain within your budget than one studded with diamonds that will break the bank. Fountains range in complexity and cost from less than $100.00 to, literally, thousands of dollars, so knowing what your want in a water fountain and how much you are willing to spend for it is crucial.

Next consider your intent. Why are you buying a water fountain? Most people purchase water fountains to add an element of natural motion to their gardens, greenhouses or patios. Many people find flowing water relaxing. Some people enjoy the effect moisture has on air. Others like to attract fauna with promise of a free drink. What ever your purpose, define it, and your search for the perfect water fountain or water feature will be much easier.

The final consideration when purchasing a fountain is placement. Where are you putting this fountain? If it’s inside, is it a sturdy shape that won’t easily be knocked about by pets or children? If outside, does the water fountain need power or plumbing? If so, can you provide easy access to those things? The perfect fountain is significantly less perfect with a bright orange power-cord running across your perfectly manicured lawn. Also, when considering placement, think about construction materials. Is your patio made of red brick? Will a grey or brown fountain look better on that surface? Most fountains are designed blend in aesthetically to most garden and patio environments. But do yourself a favor. Take a photo of the fountain and hold it up to your final placement location. Ask yourself honestly, how does it look?

With all the varieties of fountains out there, wading through the hundreds (literally) of options might seem like a daunting task. Find yourself a website that you trust and sit down and do some research. Look for a business that’s been around for a while. Tip offs to great customer service are things like testimonials and easy to find contact information. Be aware of return policies and guarantees. A great place to start your search is here.
1:31 pm

The idea of an indoor water fountain may seem an outrageous luxury, but it is, in fact, a very realistic possibility. We tend to think of indoor water fountains as ostentatious design elements of yore, something only to be found in the court of a greek king or decadent roman senator, but more and more everyday people are purchasing and experiencing the relaxing and calming sensations of gorgeous indoor water fountains.

However, before you run out and join in on this growing trend in décor and mental health, you need to do some research.

First, really think about the fountain you intend to purchase. Consider the colors and geometry of your indoor location. Is this fountain going to be in your foyer? Maybe in the dining room?  Pick your location then pick your water fountain, not vice versa. It’s easier to make get a wall fountain to fit a wall than a wall to fit a fountain.

Second, check your wall out. If you’re a carpenter or live in a home you constructed yourself, you likely know the exact composition of the wall that is to be the future home of your fountain. However, most of us aren’t carpenters and many of us don’t know much about what’s behind the plaster walls that make up our home. Find out. Make sure you’ve got a power outlet nearby (the fountain will need power for the pump, after all). Find out how heavy the fountain is going to be when assembled and filled with water. Some fountains are surprisingly light. Others are incredibly heavy. The sheer variety of wall fountains is a delight to while shopping, but that same variety makes understanding exactly the fountain you are buying all the more important.

Also, be sure you understand the fountain. When shopping for the perfect fountain, you’re likely to encounter words you’ve never heard before like patina or nojoqui or raku-style. Find out what these things mean. Find out how your fountain is shipped, and what are the company’s return policies? Do your homework!

Finally, get a wall fountain you like. If you budgeted $3,000 and the perfect fountain is $3,200, then don’t settle for the less-than-perfect fountain. Wait until you can spend a little more and get the perfect fountain. Remember, this is a product that will last many years and hopefully be with you and your family for a long time to come. You’re going to have to look at the less-than-perfect fountain every day it’s in your home. Wouldn’t you rather look at the perfect wall fountain instead?
